Role Purpose

To manage the change and support of the Greensill technologies used for documents and collaboration.

  • Managing changes to this technology, which result from business requests, or as part of larger projects, this includes:
  • Managing suppliers
  • Ensuring the appropriate support and service levels are in place.
  • Designing and managing support processes
  • Engaging with stakeholders to create and manage a change program.
  • Guiding the users on usage, including training, guidelines etc.

Greensill is transitioning to a mostly Microsoft-based technology stack in this area, e.g. Teams, Sharepoint.

Skills and Abilities

  • Relevant qualifications/experience in a similar role, alongside the ability to use initiative when required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Appreciation of managing Enterprise Applications in an international business.
  • Experience with collaboration technology, and documents and records management technology.
  • Project/change management experience
  • Supplier management experience
  • Preferred – Microsoft Sharepoint and/or Office 365 certification
  • Preferred – appreciation of IT security, such as ISO 27001.
  • Preferred – experienced with telephony and VOIP
  • Experience of working at speed and under pressure
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to deal with ambiguity
  • Thrives in a collaborate teamworking environment
  • Customer centric mindset with a can-do attitude
  • High degree of personal integrity, honesty and professionalism
