Role Purpose

Sitting within the Operations team, the Change Manager will liaise with Deal Client Management and Technology Teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans or daily activities for the delivery of new Programmes or to support and co-ordinate complex trades.

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead Change Management activities
  • Ensure the application of Change Management processes and tools
  • Create a strategy to support the adoption of changes as required by the project or initiative
  • Support efforts through design, development and delivery
  • Change impact analysis and identification of deliverables and dependencies
  • Identification and readiness assessment of Stakeholders
  • Support the design, delivery and roll outs of new systems, technology, business processes and education programs
  • Create clear deliverables for key change management levers (Comms, Roadmap, Planning, Education, Stakeholder Management)
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Complete Change Management assessments
  • Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Consult and coach the Deal Client Management team
  • Support and engage Senior Management
  • Help educate and coach Managers and Operational teams
  • Support Organisational design and definition of infrastructure
  • Co-ordinate efforts with Project, Product and Technology teams
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Track and report on Changes
  • Help define and measure success metrics to monitor Change progress
  • Support the Change pipeline

Skills and Abilities

  • Experience and knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships through exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
  • Resilient and tenacious
  • Organised, with natural inclination for planning strategies and assessment
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
  • Clear communicator with an ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Excellent listener
  • Natural problem solver, and experience of root cause analysis and identification
  • Experienced Project Manager, or Change Manager with full understanding of Project lifecycle and methodologies
  • An understanding of how people go through change and experience the change process
