Role Purpose

The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive partner marketing program across Greensill’s entire partner ecosystem.
This role reports into Head of Marketing and Head of Partnerships and can be based in any Greensill office with a strong preference for candidates based in Warrington, London, New York or Singapore.
The ideal candidate is obsessed with and committed to the optimal partner journey and experience with Greensill and is committed to building our brand through best in class partnering.

Accountabilities

Creates and executes Partner Marketing Plans

  • Working with the Global Alliances Directors (GADs 1,2,3) and Head of Partnerships, Greensill and external partner organization to deliver comprehensive partner marketing plans to amplify the partnerships.
  • Work with the regional teams within Greensill to implement local partner marketing plans

Creates Partner Value Propositions

  • Creates compelling external substantial and meaningful partnership value propositions which combine the strengths of both companies and are meaningful to clients and Origination teams
  • Enables both the partners and internal staff to deliver the value propositions
  • Creates and maintains internal Partner Playbook to enable colleagues on partnership value propositions, content and processes and financials

Lead generation and market development

  • Runs lead generation campaigns jointly with partner or without the partner based on the joint solution and capability
  • Runs and administers Joint Development Funds for larger partners

Establishes and runs a Marketing Communications strategy with partners

  • Interfaces with Press, Trade and influencer organizations
  • Interfaces and manages regional and international press as appropriate
  • Establishes and runs a Social Media strategy and campaigns
  • Establishes digital marketing campaigns and plans and can create digital nurture journeys for current and future partners
  • Amplifies Greensill’s brand presence through partner marcomms activities
  • Creates and manages a unique website experience for Greensill partners and customers
  • Liaises with external agencies for campaigns

New Partner Recruitment

  • Works with JAM (Junior Account Manager) to define and manage the partner recruitment and onboarding process and ensure the process is reflective of our brand and ambitions
  • Drives and delivers the market analysis of our partners and their competitors to inform the partner recruitment process:  Establishes candidates, qualification criteria and thresholds to support Greensill’s brand and ambitions.

Skills and Abilities

  • The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a matrix with other Marketing functions and can deal constructively with ambiguity in a growing marketing organization
  • Graduate +5 preferred but equivalent experience and qualifications will be considered
  • Partner Marketing experience in the B2B Technology sector, preferably Financial Services, Banks or Fintech
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a Channel – e.g. VARS, MSPs Commercially astute with excellent organisational skills
  • Great communications skills – both in person and writing
  • Able to influence and work well with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally
  • Additional language highly regarded
