Role Purpose

A Business Manager responsible for supporting the Greensill Origination business. The role covers the following business management and support services: Strategy & Business Planning, Control & Governance, Change Management, Business Execution, Monitoring, and Reporting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a highly dynamic, global and cross functional, flat and entrepreneurial environment.

Accountabilities

  • The delivery of strategy and business planning supporting the development and growth of the Origination business
  • Co-ordinate the preparation of information for the planning, budgeting and forecasting process, tracking performance and ensuring business heads are aware of any variance from agreed targets
  • Support of strategic initiatives and projects for Origination
  • Be responsible for a range of change management initiatives to increase the effectiveness of the business
  • Undertake the production and analysis of effective MI for business areas to support their decision-making process
  • Ownership and reporting of operational performance dashboards
  • Supporting risk, compliance, financial, and HR activities as required

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong business management and project management capabilities
  • A proven track record of problem solving and project delivery
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand and use metrics to draw conclusions
  • Experience in delivering against fast growing targets with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the gravitas to manage a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written, oral and visual communication skills, languages are a plus
