Role Purpose

Ensure Greensill has the right global talent by developing and delivering a best in class campus recruitment marketing campaign, selection process, internship offering and graduate experience. Build Greensill’s brand as a campus recruiter and grow the Greensill campus programmes.

  • Work with the People and Marketing teams to develop a targeted innovative campus marketing campaign, including on campus events, digital communications and brand building
  • Run an effective, robust, valid campus selection process identifying talent for Greensill’s growth
  • Ensure Greensill are sourcing a diverse pool of applicants, interns and graduates
  • Ensure involvement from the right Greensill functional stakeholders at all stages of the campus recruitment cycle
  • Liaise with global stakeholders and support them with their campus hiring needs
  • Develop our internship offering, to include summer internships and work placements, ensuring the programmes are fantastic experiences for the students and a strong pipeline of talent for Greensill
  • Build the Greensill graduate experience, including soft skills training, divisional insights, buddy and mentoring programmes
  • Support our interns and campus hires on their development journey through thoughtful valuable learning experiences
  • Represent Greensill at recruitment marketing events as required in addition to finding the best events for us to attend to interact with potential future hires
  • Manage and deliver talent projects as required, for example development of employee onboarding experience, implementation of selection techniques, interview and/or assessment training, recruitment marketing campaigns, employee development, projects in response to employee engagement survey

Skills and Abilities

  • Experienced campus recruiter
  • Candidate experience focused mindset
  • Tangible experience of developing interns and graduates
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders ideally in a financial services and/or Tech environment
  • Experience assessing and interviewing campus level candidates
  • Experience in campus recruitment marketing
  • Demonstrable background in sourcing a diverse pool of candidates and ensuring all selection processes support Greensill’s diversity focus
  • Confident and empathetic communicator
  • Ability to engage with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to deal with pressure in a professional manner
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand the need to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Resourceful, pragmatic and solution focused with a customer centric can-do approach
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to deal with ambiguity
