As our Cash Management and Payments Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for the accurate processing of high net worth cash transactions.

  • Work closely with the wider operational team to ensure payments for clients are met
  • Act as a primary liaison between the banks and operations teams to support ongoing day to day operational requirements
  • Accurately manage the daily cash positions ensuring enough funds are available to make payments
  • Reconciliation of client monies received from our partner banks/institutions globally
  • Accurate processing of incoming payments and execution of outgoing payments
  • Using online payment systems to move money within strict deadlines
  • Efficient allocation of funds and reconciliation of various disbursement accounts
  • Creating, receiving and managing transfer requests
  • Support the Finance Team by allocating receivables and payable transactions
  • Liaise with Project managers/ Operations Teams with regards to Bank & Payments requirements for new on-boarded clients/ programmes

Skills and Abilities

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Sound experience of domestic and international payment methods
  • Experience of dealing with high value transactions and various currencies
  • Proven experience of using online platforms for money movements
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships
  • Intermediate working knowledge of excel

Nice to have but not essential:

  • Good understanding of money laundering regulations
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and markets, foreign exchange, cash management, and online banking
