Role Purpose

The Change Analyst will liaise with the Control, Technology and Operational teams analysing the change requirements, identifying key dependencies, stakeholders and operational viability. In addition, they will help develop and monitor a process library and ensure the management of change dashboards so that business data and reporting needs are met. In addition to this, they will responsible for engaging with the Technology teams to translate business requirements into workable user stories.

Accountabilities

  • Record, analyse and distribute requirements in a clear and concise format
  • Liaise with Tech Business Analyst(s) and Development Manager(s) on test scripts, requirements and prioritisation
  • Map new and existing processes, working with Control team to identify risks and control points
  • Helping to translate new system functionality and business processes into a language that an end-user will understand to bring about change
  • Responsible for the education and roll out of new changes to the business
  • Provide support to business end users once the change has been implemented
  • Create, maintain and update the business process library ensuring effective communication and buy in across the business
  • Track and report on changes, backlogs and status updates
  • Work with cross business parties to ensure prioritisation and work effort is focused
  • Ownership and validation of change control documentation, dashboards and data tables
  • Undertake administrative tasks as specified by the Change Manager & support with the application of Change Management processes and tools
  • Deputise for the Change Manager where relevant
  • Maintain awareness of system and process changes
  • Understand aspects of Greensill’s system and process infrastructure
  • Actively promote continuous improvement
  • Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Work with the Operational Control team to understand issues, engaging directly with the operational business functions to recommend and assist with the delivery of fixes
  • Co-ordinate efforts with Operational Trading, Support and Payments teams
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Track and report on Changes

Skills and Abilities

  •  Ability to understand a variety of complex systems and business processes quickly
  • Demonstrable experience of shaping and moulding requirements for changes
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Experience with organisational change efforts
  • Organised, with for accuracy and effectiveness
  • Clear communicator with an ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Excellent listener
  • Natural problem solver, and experience of root cause analysis and identification
  • Experienced Analyst with full understanding of Project lifecycle and methodologies
