Role Purpose

Deliver a best in class client experience and implementation of the Greensill Pay / FreeUp product and service. We aim to give employees financial freedom through access to their earned wages that is rightfully theirs, immediately after they have earned it, rather than wait for weeks for payday. We are helping to combat the payday loan industry and has a significant impact on wellbeing, by contributing to a reduction in financial stress.

  • Build client relationships as part of a collaborative team involved in pitching, product / service integration and ongoing client support
  • Build and own a project plan to deliver the product / service with a new client
  • Business analysis and process mapping to capture the client’s current business process and how we might integrate the product
  • Ongoing servicing of clients and client management for the Greensill Pay / FreeUp product

Skills and Abilities

  • Experience working in teams, leading delivery, and developing client relationships
  • Experience in the public sector or in large private blue-chip organisations
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making
  • Ability to facilitate workshops / meetings and build consensus between people
  • Ability to collaborate well with product, designers, marketing / comms and sales teams
  • 2-4 years’ experience in consulting, internal audit or assurance
  • Confident and empathetic communicator
  • Ability to engage with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to deal with pressure in a professional manner
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple clients
  • Understand the need to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Resourceful, pragmatic and solution focused with a customer centric can-do approach
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to deal with ambiguity
  • High degree of personal integrity, honesty and professionalism
