Role Purpose

To build on and support the growth of the business by generating, leading and executing transactions and initiatives that contributes to the success of Greensill. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a highly dynamic, flat and entrepreneurial environment. This role will be based in Frankfurt with regular international travel.

Accountabilities

  • Introduce and nurture new client relationships and originate deals
  • Manage existing select client relationships (including P&L responsibility) and generate cross sell
  • Independently lead transactions from origination through to execution and on-boarding
  • Provide leadership to more junior members of the team, ensuring they deliver deal documentation, analysis and associated activities to expected timeframes and standards
  • Ensure internal management systems such as client records, deal tracking, and client relationship management systems are kept up to date
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery and on-boarding of new partners, suppliers and investors
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure deals are executed and delivered on time and to the highest standard

Skills and Abilities

  • Proven and relevant experience with excellent track record in closing deals
  • Strong knowledge of finance and financial modelling analysis capabilities
  • Fluent in English and German (Spanish and Eastern European languages also desirable)
  • Experience in delivering against fast growing targets
  • Relationship management skills; credible, trusted individual able to build and maintain productive relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the gravitas to lead and mange a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Outstanding written, oral and visual communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with excellent attention to detail
