Role Purpose

Reporting to the Transaction Manager, this is a pivotal role in supporting the current team through a period of huge growth and project implementation. Being part of a highly motivated, dedicated team, this role requires key attention to detail & a can do attitude.

Accountabilities

  • Review current Supplier Master Data and identify missing data points
  • Rationalise supplier list identifying duplicate accounts by entity
  • Support the development and roll out of a new supplier onboarding process’
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm missing information such as email address for remittance
  • Ensure agreed naming convention is used on all master data
  • Merge current know supplier bank details from Citibank into NetSuite
  • Deactivate dormant accounts
  • Assist with ongoing system and process development projects
  • Other ad hoc duties

Skills and Abilities

  • Previous experience of Accounts Payable or Procurement processes
  • Minimum 3 yrs experience of working in similar environment
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Attention to detail with ‘completer-finisher’ mentality
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to manage own workload and to prioritise tasks
