Role Purpose

The Greensill finance team has undergone a period of rapid change in order to support the growth of the business. The Financial Systems Administrator will support the established finance system team in delivering serviced, developed and future-proofed finance systems to users.

Accountabilities

  • On-going maintenance and development of our existing finance systems including but not limited to, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle PBCS EPM and Expensify.
  • Support administration of our finance SharePoint and support case ticketing system
  • Recommend the optimum way of maintaining systems going forward taking account of the need for accurate and timely reporting, system security and segregation of duties
  • Suggest and implement further improvements to our financial processes and systems
  • Lead testing on periodic system upgrades
  • Assist in documentation of system processes and workflows
  • Support training finance team members on newly implemented processes, including the production of user guides and training manuals
  • Support finance systems team in key development work by conducting own system testing and supporting wider team UAT

Skills and Abilities

  • Must have previous experience of developing and maintaining Oracle NetSuite, or a comparable finance system
  • Advanced excel user, and ability write and maintain macros would be a benefit
  • Attention to detail with ‘completer-finisher’ and problem solver mentality
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to manage own workload including the prioritisation of tasks
  • Experience of wider accounting processes such as transaction processing and reporting to assist engagement with teams
  • Experience of multi-currency would be beneficial
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Comfortable working in an ever-evolving environment resulting in continual change
