Role Purpose

The Greensill finance team has undergone a period of rapid growth along with the wider business. This is a new role to support delivery of key projects around team integration and technology.

Accountabilities

  • Owning the build, development and on-going administration of our Finance SharePoint site
  • Leading the migration of finance files from our existing Box platform to SharePoint
  • Central co-ordination point for the team on the projects, managing communications and driving project delivery to meet deadlines
  • Supporting the Financial Controller, and their reportee’s with team management tasks

Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient with MS Office packages, Excel, Power point and Outlook
  • Experience of SharePoint development or administration would be beneficial
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Trustworthy, discreet and confidential
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Comfortable working in an ever-evolving environment resulting in continual change
