Role Purpose

Responsible for analysing colleague’s business travel across the globe.

Deep technical skills are not required for the role as you will have full access to both internal and external experts as needed. More important is your experience of working with senior level executives and your reputation for providing a service based on excellence.

Provide an efficient and customer focused service:

  • Key point of contact for all queries in relation to business travel raised by colleagues, managers and third parties
  • Query resolution within service level agreement time frames
  • Resolve queries and disputes in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with specialist teams/vendors (including Tax, External Tax Advisors & People (HR) Team) ensuring

Accurate and timely analytical work:

  • Document and maintain all new procedures and enhance existing controls daily
  • Communicate any changes & updates to the business
  • Production of country specific pre-travel documentation and monitoring expiry dates
  • Production and analysis of post-travel month end reporting
  • Ensuring any next steps relating to compliance are carried out in collaboration with internal/external experts

Other tasks and activities:

  • Ensure all employee data is handled sensitively in accordance with GDPR requirements
  • General administration relating to global mobility
  • Holding general workshops with colleagues
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Skills and Abilities

  • Proven experience of global mobility administration in a similar role
  • Outstanding analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • High degree of personal integrity and professionalism
  • Understand the need to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Customer centric mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to engage with individuals at all levels
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Inquisitive with desire to learn in a complex environment
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Expert/Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
