Role Purpose

Greensill is looking for an IT Business Analyst who will be an important link between our IT capacity and our ever-growing business objectives. By supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks, they will support our bespoke software.

  • Understand and document business requirements, including business processes
  • Understand and able to create business cases (cost versus benefit)
  • Stakeholder engagement, including facilitating workshops
  • Create relevant standardized project documents/diagrams (including process diagrams)
  • Work with project managers, stakeholders, users, developers and suppliers

We have over 85 live projects now with another 35 waiting to start

Projects will include:

  • Introducing new financial products to the market
  • Delivery of computer systems to the business
  • Software development
  • Setting up new offices or business units overseas
  • Moving business units or operations
  • Business rationalization/acquisition (e.g. merged two business units)

Skills and Abilities

  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall change methodologies
  • BPMN (advantageous)
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Thrives in a collaborate teamworking environment
  • Enjoys working at pace
  • Customer centric mindset with a can-do attitude
  • High degree of personal integrity, honesty and professionalism
