Role Purpose

The JAM is the office based functional support for the GADs, Partner Marketing, PTMs and Head of Partnerships, Greensill.
This is the preparation/experience role for progression to Partner Marketing Manager or GAD2.

Drive Global origination revenue growth for Greensill through nominated Greensill partner/s:

  • Build strong relationships within the partner organizations and within Greensill Origination teams
  • Be reliable point of contact for Greensill Origination teams and Partners and provide very fast response times to queries and problems
  • Maintain reliable partner forecast working in conjunction with GARs, PM, PTMS and Head of Partnerships, Greensill
  • Maintain a current understanding of the’ partner/s competition.  Keep abreast of joint client needs, partner’s evolving business focus, partner’s business strengths and direction in the marketplace
  • JAM must position themselves as a key Originator support resource and demonstrate a concrete contribution to Origination revenue goals

Contribute to the Greensill business partner activities with nominated partner/s:

  • Be responsible for execution of QBR cycle with all partners
  • Produce QBR content for the above QBR meetings
  • Track actions and progress in between QBRs
  • Document outcomes and maintain the documented outcomes from the QBRs
  • Proactively manage all aspects of the business plan and report outputs internally and externally in a quarterly dashboard
  • Collaborate with partner marketing resources to drive partner marketing programs as defined by the PMM
  • Track and maintain up to date register of legal contracts and obligations
  • Be instrumental in setting up and executing Partner events and forums

Be responsible for implementing and managing a continuous programme of enablement and skills transfer

  • Execute Greensill training and competency within the partner/s
  • Assist in execution of a global partner enablement plan with each partner
  • Deal with the partner with a high level of integrity and transparency to increase the speed of execution within the partnership

Assist in the execution of an appropriate service model for joint clients

  • Greensill will only reach its growth goals through partnerships if we understand and service our joint clients in a timely and proactive way
  • JAM will be responsible helping to execute a service model for joint customers and managing an appropriate part of the escalation process

Skills and Abilities

  • Graduate +2 in relevant field
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Work experience of work in a Financial Services company, Bank or Fintech
  • Exposure to mission critical operations functions in Financial Services company, Bank or Fintech
  • An accomplished and persuasive communicator
  • Can work independently and has excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable working with a sense of urgency under pressure in a high growth business environment
  • Resilient and tenacious
