Role Purpose

Identify, manage and develop relationships with companies across the Latin America region, in order to generate leads of working capital and structured finance solutions.

  • Develop, maintain, service and extend the Greensill LATAM client base, in order to generate incremental revenue relationships
  • Lead and coordinate legal negotiations, client on-boarding and credit discussions related to executing solutions in the LATAM region
  • Generate innovative structured solutions to clients in the LATAM region
  • Negotiate and prepare term sheets within parameters defined by Greensill’s credit and origination policies
  • Identify potential partners in the region to effectively market Greensill solutions
  • Work with other regions and divisions to ensure that we are delivering consistent service to our clients and that Greensill continues to operate with a globally harmonized market approach
  • Support Head of LATAM in the generation of internal reports

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Proven knowledge of the LATAM business landscape
  • Proven pipeline of potential clients across the LATAM region (especially in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Panama and Chile)
  • Ability to understand and analyze legal documentation with a commercial mindset and work with investor teams during the onboarding process
  • Creative thinker with an understanding of the market in which Greensill operates and the ability to see opportunities to broaden our market reach
  • Proven ability to work in a high performing team
  • A diligent mindset with the desire to focus on the details
  • Strong organization and process management skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
