Role Purpose

Manage the day to day office services for our Singapore team and provide senior administrative and executive assistance to the Head of Asia.

Accountabilities

  • General office management including managing office supplies
  • Expense reporting and paying invoices
  • Diary management
  • Coordinating all logistics for client events
  • Support creating documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Managing travel arrangements
  • Research administration to support the firm’s investments
  • Liaising with clients at a senior level
  • Answering inbound phone calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients in a warm, confident and professional manner
  • Assist with on-boarding of new team members

Skills and Abilities

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or a current career within the administration space
  • Previous experience working within Finance Services
  • Proficient with MS Office packages, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Proficient level of Mandarin and English
  • Other languages are a plus (in particular: Chinese, Japanese, Bahasa, Korean, Thai)
  • Ability to work in a global team and across multiple time zones
  • Resilient team-player with a can-do attitude
  • Polite, engaging and confident manner
  • Trustworthy, discreet and confidential
