Role Purpose

Partner the Chief People Officer and their leadership team to deliver a great experience for Singapore’s employees. Ensure that people capability and engagement enable and enhance business performance.

Work with the CPO to create and implement people plans that align to the business strategy and its associated people requirements

  • Coach and build the capability of senior managers establishing trusted, advisory and influential relationships
  • Build and maintain healthy and productive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support development of solutions and initiatives in areas such as:
    • Talent and Succession
    • Resourcing
    • Performance Management
    • Learning & Development
    • Recognition & Reward
    • Engagement and Communication
  • Promote and develop diversity across Singapore
  • Be the first point of contact for all Singapore’s HR information & queries
  • Anticipate and facilitate change in a considered way, taking account of risks and impact
  • Provide up to date, relevant HR advice in line with local legislation and central HR policies and frameworks
  • Promote best practice in people processes, acting as an ambassador for the people function
  • Keep up to date with external HR trends and best practice
  • Provide relevant, insightful and actionable people data

Skills and Abilities

  • Relevant experience in generalist HR with a strong working knowledge of local employment law
  • Strategic thinker
  • Strong relationship building, influencing and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, determined, resilient and tenacious
  • High level of drive and energy
  • Pragmatic and commercially astute

  • Excellent planning & organising, including project management capability
