Role Purpose

To support the Senior People Business Partner in ensuring that Greensill has the talent to deliver extraordinary business growth.

  • Supporting the Senior People Business Partner in the delivery of the respective business area People Plans
  • Developing engagement and communication plans in response to employee engagement survey results
  • Partnering with management teams to address key resourcing challenges, for example, building a pipeline, supporting (international) migrations and the significant build out required for certain teams
  • Coaching managers in leading teams, embracing and practicing Greensill’s values and adhering to standard policies and processes
  • Supporting performance management activity, for example, setting goals, feedback activity, management of underperformance, driving high levels of engagement in these activities by the business
  • Focus on working with the business to understand development needs and embedding new learning and talent initiatives

Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrable experience as a HR consultant, HR Manager or junior BP
  • CIPD qualified
  • Trusted to act with honesty and integrity
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious and resourceful – seeks out difficult questions and finds solutions
  • Resilient, able to learn from mistakes and move forward
  • Resourceful, pragmatic and solution focused with a customer centric can-do approach
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to deal with ambiguity
