Role Purpose

The Project Analyst will be part of our growing Deal Client Management Team and will further support the global business expansion. This role will be integral to the success of the team in delivering New Client Programmes and Products within a dynamic financial services environment. You will be accountable for supporting Deal Client Managers and the Senior Client manager whilst also working on your own initiatives. Due to the nature of the assignments undertaken by Greensill you will work in an environment that promotes autonomy and initiative, requiring a flexible attitude and a high attention to detail within tight deadlines.

  • Develop systems and controls to support the Project Team – providing standards, role clarity, best practice and continuous learning
  • Ownership and validation of Project control documentation, dashboards and data tables
  • Gather business requirements, manage and produce project control documents and work instructions for the BAU team
  • Co-ordinate complex trade deals and ensure risks and issues are captured and effectively controlled
  • Produce management information and workflow reporting to support prioritisation, resource management and strategic decision making
  • Identify opportunities to create and streamline processes
  • Provide support to track and evaluate the progress of projects, including plans, standards, processes and delivery
  • Undertake administrative tasks as required to support the team objectives

Skills and Abilities

  • Clear understanding of project implementation process and structure
  • A strong communicator, with proven written and verbal communication and presentation
  • Experience in the use of computer systems including Microsoft Office and ability to learn/use bespoke systems (windows driven)
  • Proven ability using reporting and analytics to solve business problems deliver insights, or create recommendations
  • Ability to work to multiple conflicting priorities and achieve challenging timelines
  • Strong attention to detail demonstrated through experience
  • A global mindset and ability to work with a diverse global workforce
  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
  • Excellent team work skills and the desire to achieve common goals
