Role Purpose

Supporting the Project Team with business projects, client implementations and process refinement within a fast paced financial services operational environment.

Accountabilities

  • Support the Project Team to track and evaluate progress of project plans,
    standards, processes and reports
  • Gather business requirements, manage and produce project control documents
    and work instructions for the BAU team
  • Identify opportunities to create and streamline processes
  •  Co-ordinate complex trade deals and ensure risks and issues are captured and
    effectively controlled
  •  Undertake administrative tasks as specified by the Project Manager.
  •  Ownership and validation of Project control documentation, dashboards and
    data tables.

  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
  • Excellent team work skills and the desire to achieve common goals

  • Self-motivated with the ability to influence others to help you achieve your
    deliverables
  • Strong attention to detail demonstrated through experience self-reviewing work
    or through completing a degree
  • Proven ability using technology and analytics to solve business problems,
    deliver insights, or create recommendations
  • Ability to work to multiple conflicting deadlines
