Role Purpose

Support the implementation of a quality and control framework. Undertaking process reviews with a view to drive controls and minimise risk. Complete quality checks and provide feedback to the operational teams.

  • Record, complete root cause analysis and document issues raised within the operational areas and develop solutions to enhance control procedures
  • Support the implementation and embedding of a quality and control framework
  • Undertake regular quality checking to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Track performance and provide feedback to the required audience
  • Develop and undertake regular testing of processes to ensure that appropriate controls are in place
  • Where gaps or weaknesses are identified, work with the relevant teams to ensure appropriate controls are embedded to minimize risks
  • Complete root cause analysis for identified risks and develop solutions to enhance control procedures
  • Actively promote continuous improvement, working closely with colleagues by identifying greater operational efficiencies
  • Support the wider operations teams as directed by line management
  • Record, analyse and distribute statistical data in a clear and concise format

Skills and Abilities

  • Proven experience of working within a quality control environment
  • Experience of driving processes /control improvement
  • Strong ability to extract, interpret, analyse and present information to inform decision making
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise requests and workload
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to build relationships across all business units
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced time driven environment
  • Logical thinker, ability to provide clear and concise rationale to a given situation
