Role Purpose

Deliver a best in class in-house recruitment service to our central functions. Manage and deliver Talent projects globally.

  • Internal recruitment for our central functions
  • Provide up to date, relevant advice on sourcing and selection strategies, considering global and functional nuances
  • Proactively source and pipeline candidates for Greensill, agreeing strategy with hiring managers
  • Work with the Talent team to build Greensill’s brand as an employer of choice to support our ambitious growth plans
  • Represent Greensill at recruitment marketing events as required in addition to finding the best events for us to attend to interact with potential future hires
  • Support managers in writing role profiles and work closely with the business partner for respective areas to ensure organizational design and role profiles are supportive of Greensill’s future growth plans
  • Pre-screen candidates as necessary
  • Utilise networks to source candidates, developing and supporting Greensill’s direct hiring strategy
  • Support recruitment and talent administrator in managing candidate pipeline
  • Manage agency relationships as required
  • Agree selection criteria with hiring managers and facilitate candidate debriefs against these criteria
  • Provide feedback to direct candidates
  • Manage and deliver talent projects as required, for example development of employee onboarding experience, implementation of selection techniques, interview and/or assessment training, recruitment marketing campaigns, employee development, projects in response to employee engagement survey

Skills and Abilities

  • Experienced inhouse recruiter
  • Ability to proactively source high calibre candidates
  • Demonstrable ability at advising managers on attraction and selection techniques
  • Experience in recruitment marketing
  • Confident and empathetic communicator
  • Ability to engage with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to deal with pressure in a professional manner
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand the need to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Resourceful, pragmatic and solution focused with a customer centric can-do approach
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to deal with ambiguity
  • Thrives in a collaborate teamworking environment
  • High degree of personal integrity, honesty and professionalism
