Role Purpose

To provide effective support for the two Risk Automation Managers, including writing of training material, capturing of voice of customer, and immersing into granular level details of system requirements.

  • Assist the two Risk Automation Managers with their job activities which include the below
  • Aligning systems with policies and/or processes as appropriate to optimise value add
  • Capture detailed requirements of Greensill Risk systems to interact with partner platforms and/or integrated systems
  • Capture user and business requirements using voice of customer methodology
  • Participate in workshops at tactical level

Skills and Abilities

  • Experience of converting manual processes into fully/semi-automated solutions
  • Facilitation skill necessary to capture voice of customer
  • Ability to visualise and challenge benefits of the proposed enhancements
  • Process mapping
  • Assist roll out of training programs
  • Excellent computer skills. Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong knowledge of finance and statistical analysis capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Outstanding writing and visual communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and across multiple time zones
  • Strong desire and ability to learn new skills
  • Pro-active in achieving results
  • Ability to see the big picture, but take iterative approach where necessary
  • Able to build productive working relationships with Front, Middle and Back offices
