Role Profile

To lead our global Deal Client management team, responsible for orchestrating all client programs from Origination to Go live. Reporting directly to our Head of Operations you will also work collaboratively with our Global Head of Origination and the wider Origination team.

Accountabilities

  • Lead a global team of Project managers, ensuring client programmes are executed effectively and in line with customer expectations
  • Develop relationships across the business, understanding what internal customers need from the team and provide a quality service
  • Develop and coach team to improve personal skills and build an effective team
  • Seek opportunities to improve current processes to deliver enhanced performance
  • Actively manage upwards to ensure the Head of Operations is aware of ongoing issues, risks and opportunities

Skills and Abilities

  • Leadership and people management experience in the Financial Services sector
  • Strong, self-driven leader with demonstrated ability to proactively drive, manage and grow a PM team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced time driven environment
  • Good collaboration with the ability to influence and manage key stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a workload with competing deadlines
  • Experience of successfully delivering medium to long term projects, ideally within a financial services environment
  • Clear understanding of project life cycle and driving improvement
  • Fully literate in MS Office (including Visio) and Project Management Tools (MPP, Smartsheets)
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner or Equivalent
