Role Purpose

An exceptionally rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced corporate tax professional to join a newly formed but highly experienced in house tax team

  • Provision of timely and accurate tax advice relating to new business involving overseas territories and/or new products
  • Support Greensill’s global expansion plans by providing for each new territory the tax analysis for Greensill products, operational and holding structure, tax compliance and governance.
  • Group Transfer Pricing Policy including advising on transfer pricing matters, setting of transfer pricing policy and ensuring the agreed policies are accurately implemented
  • Working with the Head of Tax to promote tax visibility across the group.
  • Advising on cash repatriation across the group and intercompany financing
  • Corporate tax compliance for the UK and overseas legal entities
  • Implementing and maintaining an appropriate Tax Governance Framework, ensuring appropriate policies and processes to enable accurate tax reporting across the business and SAO compliance
  • Monitoring and communicating relevant changes in tax legislation for all the jurisdictions where Greensill operates or transactions with
  • Engagement of external tax advisers for specialist advice as necessary
