Role Purpose

To provide high quality administrative support to Analysts and the wider team in London, working in partnership with other Administrative support staff.

Accountabilities

  • Monitor stock of office supplies (including stationary) and reorder when stocks are low, via the company appointed third-party stationary supplier (i.e. Gray’s Office Suppliers).
  • Preparation and ordering of business cards;
  •  Assist with the on-boarding of new staff, ensuring they have all necessary equipment, access and induction plans in place, taking photocopies of Proof of Right to Work (passport and/or visa) and scan to People Services;
  • Manage email distribution lists, ensuring these are up to date;
  • Point of contact, ensuring all queries and issues are dealt with or escalated as appropriate;
  • Ad Hoc administrative duties;
  • Cover receptionist duties if receptionist is absent;
  • Supporting line manager with ad-hoc administrative support and any other duties as requested from time-to-time
