Role Purpose

Our Greensill Finance team needs an experienced Treasury Systems Manager to help drive the group’s treasury strategy via the implantation, development and support of treasury-related systems. The role will be pivotal in further developing treasury and finance functions as the group continues to grow and innovate in the market.

The Treasury Systems Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s Treasury Management System (TMS) and other associated systems, including payment portals. In addition, the person occupying the role will be expected to contribute towards the development and automation of Group Treasury’s activities through various banking, cash management, payment and risk management initiatives. The will also be a requirement to support other finance systems within the Group.

  • Drive implementation and development of our TMS
  • Ongoing maintenance of the TMS once established
  • Ensuring controls within the Treasury systems are appropriate and effective
  • Administration of multiple banking platforms
  • Maintaining FX dealing platforms and interfaces with TMS
  • Working closely with the Payments Operations team to streamline payment processes
  • Automation of Treasury reports
  • Managing the relationships with third party system providers
  • Maintainance of relevant operating procedures
  • Ensuring that Treasury and Finance personnel are trained on the necessary systems (TMS, FX and Payment systems)
  • Creating and updating user guides for the relevant systems
  • Provide adhoc support to other Finance Systems such as Oracle NetSuite and Adaptive
  • Supporting the wider Finance team in its on-going system development
  • Supporting various projects as required

Skills and Abilities

  • Experience or knowledge of working within a corporate treasury or related function
  • Relevant professional qualifications, preferably Finance (Treasury or Accounting) or IT related
  • Proven track record of IT project management
  • Ability to contribute quickly and effectively
  • TMS implementation (such as Kyriba or FIS) and on-going maintenance experience
  • Ability to manage own workload including the prioritisation of tasks
  • Experience of multi-currency and international business
  • Experience of the Financial Services sectors would be preferable
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Comfortable working in an ever-evolving environment resulting in continual change
